Winter Update

So far, its been a great winter on Block Island! We've had lots of cold and snow so there's been a plenty of sledding on the Spring House hill and the ponds have seen a flurry of ice boating, skating & hockey.
Sports aren't the only thing keeping us busy out here; the 2010 rental season is off to a fantastic start! What a difference a year makes. Its been great to hear from old guests and to help new ones find a great spot for their family vacation.
This show of consumer confidence is very encouraging and we hope it translates to our sales market. We had a great fall with a lot of activity and many families got to enjoy a new home for the holidays!
We hope this rally continues into the spring. There are some great homes still on the market and there have been a number of enticing new listings.
